# From Booth 87000: Hunan Tongmei Garment at Sourcing at MAGIC Las Vegas 2026
From August 10 to 12, 2026, Hunan Tongmei Garment Co., Ltd exhibited at Booth 87000 during SOURCING by Informa Las Vegas. The event was held at the Las Vegas Convention Center alongside the broader fashion marketplace that includes MAGIC, PROJECT and OFFPRICE. [1]
For our team, the event was an opportunity to introduce the manufacturing capabilities behind Tonglu Best Link’s export and development services, meet fashion professionals in person and discuss future programs in knitted accessories, baby items and related apparel categories.
A booth designed around real product development
Our exhibit brought together the product categories that brands most often develop with us: knitted hats and beanies, scarves, gloves, headbands, baby hats, bibs, soft accessories and selected babywear pieces. The point was not to present a fixed catalogue. It was to show how a product idea can move through material selection, sampling, construction decisions and production.
The range on display reflected the flexibility of our manufacturing network. Hunan Tongmei Garment supports cut-and-sew operations with automatic cutting, spreading and sewing equipment. Tonglu Jimei Knitting supports knitted product development with computerized flat knitting machines. Together with Tonglu Best Link’s sourcing and export coordination, these capabilities help us support collections that require both knitwear and sewn-product expertise.
What we discussed with visitors
The most productive meetings began with a specific product question. Some visitors were reviewing seasonal headwear and cold-weather accessories. Others were considering baby products, private-label programs or material options for new collections. Across these conversations, three themes consistently created a useful starting point.
### Product clarity
A clear product brief makes development faster. We encouraged visitors to begin with the target customer, intended use, material preference, key measurements and price position. This gives the development team enough information to propose realistic construction and yarn alternatives.
### Responsible manufacturing
Our factories hold BSCI, GOTS, OCS and ISO 9001 certifications. For any specific program, the relevant scope, materials and documentation should be confirmed as part of the development process. That approach helps brands move from a general sustainability objective to an order-specific sourcing plan.
### Practical commercial alignment
A successful program needs more than a good sample. MOQ, sample timing, colourways, labelling, packaging and bulk quality checks all need to be clear before production begins. For suitable projects, our MOQ starts from 300 pieces per style, and we provide sampling support for qualified development programs.
Why in-person sourcing still matters
Digital communication is essential to daily development, but an in-person event creates a different kind of conversation. Samples can be touched, construction can be discussed on the spot and a buyer can quickly see whether the supplier understands the product category. The official SOURCING by Informa platform is designed to connect fashion manufacturers, suppliers and buyers around apparel, accessories, materials and supply-chain solutions. [2]
For Hunan Tongmei Garment and Tonglu Best Link, exhibiting at Sourcing at MAGIC was a chance to make those connections more direct. The follow-up matters just as much: product briefs, sample requests and focused development conversations are where a trade-show introduction becomes a working partnership.
