Our blanket range spans three main categories: baby blankets (75x100cm) in GOTS-certified organic cotton for the children's market, throw blankets (130x170cm) for home decor and gifting, and full-size blankets (150x200cm) for bedding collections. We produce cable knit, waffle knit, herringbone, seed stitch, and jacquard patterns, with the ability to create custom designs from brand-provided artwork or our in-house design suggestions. Material options include 100% merino wool for premium positioning, organic cotton for sustainable and baby-safe collections, chenille for ultra-soft texture, cashmere blends for luxury lines, and acrylic blends for value-oriented home textile ranges. All blankets undergo finishing processes including washing, steaming, and pressing to achieve the desired hand feel and dimensional stability. Edge finishing options include classic fringe, tassel details, clean hemmed edges, pom-pom borders, and whip-stitch trim. We also offer gift-ready packaging including ribbon-tied rolls, branded belly bands, and custom gift boxes — making our blankets ideal for the gifting market. With MOQs starting at just 200 pieces per style (our lowest across all product categories) and lead times of 50-70 days, knitted blankets are an excellent addition for brands looking to expand from accessories into home textiles.
